Food safety
Because our pickles, sweets, snacks and powders are fresh, made-to-order food items, we are generally unable to accept returns once a sealed item has been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Reward points earned on a refunded order are reversed.
